At-home whitening uses custom-fitted trays and a lower-concentration gel that you apply yourself over one to two weeks. In-office whitening is ideal if you want quick results, while at-home whitening gives you more control and is often gentler for patients with sensitivity. Both options produce results that far exceed what over-the-counter whitening strips can deliver.
